While studying and immersing herself in countless stories, Alina found a second love—baking. From humble beginnings in her kitchen, experimenting with recipes between chapters of her favorite novels, she discovered that the joy of baking is much like a great book—layered, satisfying, and made to be shared.
Inspired by her Afghan heritage and old-world charm, Alina’s creations reflect a blend of tradition and innovation. Her goal? To offer a one-of-a-kind experience that blends the warmth of home-baked pastries with the escapism found between the pages of a novel.
